Unpack MBS file

MBS data is located in /data/is605/mbs/raw on pcepisdaq6 together with unpack.sh.

To use it simply issue ./unpack.sh file.lmd.gz, where file.lmd.gz is the file you want to unpack.

It accepts multiple files, but will unpack them separately.

The output file is saved to /data/is605/mbs/unpacked

Unpack NUTAQ file

1. ssh upcids03@pcids03
2. cd Experiments/2016/IS605/root/
3. ./Sort.sh
4. Enter the runs you want to unpack.

Connect to a running screen

screen -x <screen name>
